2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.
When the website is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary connection data. This may include the IP address, access date and time, requested file, access status, transferred data volume, referring website, browser and operating system. Processing is required for secure delivery, stability and error analysis.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and functional operation of this website. According to the hosting provider's privacy information, regular log files are deleted after no more than seven days; security incidents may require longer retention.
3. Contact by email and contact form
If you contact us by email or through the contact form, the transmitted contact details and message content are processed to handle the inquiry. Contact form submissions are processed on the ALL-INKL.COM web server and delivered by email to info@clinical-ops.de. No external form provider is used. Do not send patient data, sponsor-confidential documents, protocols, unpublished study documents or internal hospital documents.
Where an inquiry concerns a potential or existing engagement, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Otherwise, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies for handling business inquiries. Data is deleted after the inquiry has been completed unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Fonts
The website uses the Lato typeface. Font files are served locally from this website, so no connection to Google Fonts is established when a page is loaded.
5. Cookies, analytics and contact form
This website does not use analytics or tracking services and does not set non-essential cookies. The contact form uses server-side processing solely to deliver the inquiry to info@clinical-ops.de.
6. External links
Opening an external link takes you to the third party's website. That provider is responsible for processing from that point onward, subject to its own privacy information.
7. Data subject rights
Subject to the GDPR, data subjects have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Requests may be sent to info@clinical-ops.de. The full regulation is available through EUR-Lex.
This policy describes the current website including its server-side contact form. It must be reviewed and updated if external form providers, cookies, analytics tools or externally embedded media are added.
